L'attente est terminée. Tom a reçu son vissa suisses et sera de partir pour la Suisse le dimanche. Je vais visiter à New York et en le suivant sur la mi Novembre.

A little late but...

Yes, we are already back in the states...but I still wanted to post a few photos of our Segway Tour of Rome.  Anybody who visits needs to do this!  Segways are a hoot and it is an amazingly fun way to get around Rome.
Hopefully, we will soon have more news to share...we are just waiting...

Just Amazing!

 

Tom & I finally got in to see the Colosseum.  I have to say it was one of the most impressive sights I have even seen.  The structure, the history, all I can say is WOW!

And Yes, we did do some house hunting.  A lovely young lady named Daniela showed us 7 beautiful places...hopefully one of them will be home.  Here is a picture of us on the terrace of one of the places we liked...keep your figures crossed!

Scouting has begun...

Our scouting tour has begun.  Yesterday we roamed around the areas where we will be seeing condos on Monday.  One was in a beautifully quiet section of town about a block from the Trevi Fountain.  We had a great meal and then took a night-time taxi ride through Rome.
